STRUCTURED Push & Abs with Push up Variation

We're taking it to the next level with this ab workout, including variations on push-ups. Are you ready?

This training will target your chest, your shoulders and then your triceps as well as your abs!
In this workout, you will do several variations of push-ups!
For the shoulders we will have shoulder press as well as side lateral raise.

The dumbbells I use are one pair of 20kg & one pair of 12kg.

Take your time !
Control every movement and stop when you feel a movement is degrading.

Each exercise will last 40 seconds each, for 20 seconds of rest.
As for the abs, there will be 8 exercises that will each last 30 seconds.
