Ready to take up the challenge with this chest, arms and abs workout set in trisets and supersets?
In this workout you will have trisets for chest and supersets for arms.
Each triset and superset is to be repeated 2 times in a row.
For chest you will be timed for 50 seconds of exercise and 25 seconds of recovery, and for arms it will be 40 seconds of effort for 20 seconds of recovery!
And for abs you will have 30 seconds per exercise with no break.
And finally a finisher on 1 minute of plank!
You will have dumbbell press exercises.
For chest, I use a pair of 20 kg dumbbells and for arms a 10 kg pair.
You will need to sit on a support to work your arms.
Every 3 exercises for chest you will have to do archer push-ups.
