Activated muscles

Ready to feel as strong as a T-Rex with this back and abs workout?
This workout consists of combining 2 sets of back exercises for 1 set of core exercises.
Once the 2 exercises are completed, maintain an active recovery plank position for 30 seconds! This will keep you in a moderate recovery position.
You will need 2 pairs of dumbbells for the different exercises:
For my part, I use a pair of 20 kg dumbbells for the row, and 10 kg for reverse fly and renegade row.
You will need a 3rd single dumbbell for the tight grip row!
For each back exercise, you will be timed for 30 seconds. You will also have 10 seconds between each exercise to prepare for the next.
You will have to repeat each biset 3 times!
Don't forget to drink before you start your workout because everything will go fast!
