Triset lower body and calf workout: take up the challenge now
Here you will find a very intense 30-minute workout targeting the lower body! Your glutes, hamstrings and quads will be on fire!
You will be using both heavy and light dumbbells. One of them is a single, heavier dumbbell that will allow you to perform hip thrusts, and 16kg for the rest. You will also use a support for the Bulgarian lunges and a step for the calves.
Each circuit lasts 3 minutes and, therefore, each exercise is performed 10 times, except the calves which will be performed for 30 seconds each. You will have 30 seconds of rest between each circuit.
These exercises will target both sides of your body, they are designed to help you achieve good balance.
