Adrenaline HIIT with dumbbells and bodyweight: your ultimate cardio workout to boost your energy

HIIT sessions are great for everyone! They are designed to relieve stress and maintain lean muscle mass while enjoying the benefits of high intensity interval training.

For this cardio workout, you will need a set of dumbbells (6kg each for me) or 2 bottles of water in resistance and a mat.

The timer will be on for 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest between each pair of exercises.
You will have to do 5 repetitions per exercise, alternating each one until the break, and do 2 sets per couple.
There are a total of 15 pairs of exercises!

Ideally go at your own pace, it's a demanding workout and I only do it once a week.
