Tabata HIIT without burpees: sweat it out, without all the effort of burpees
This is a high intensity interval workout that can be done by anyone.
It's also a great way to burn calories during but also after your workout.
This HIIT is completely designed without burpee!
Tabata is a format where you work for 20 seconds, and you rest for 10 seconds, then repeating this 8 times in a row for a total of 4 minutes. Try to do as many reps as possible during those 20 seconds!
In all, you will have 6 supersets and you will only need a mat for this workout.
Take the time to warm up before this tabata to avoid injuries and especially to prepare your heart for the effort;)
