Activated muscles

Put on your equipment and let's go for this upper body workout to increase the volume of your pecs and arms
In this arm workout you will have to focus on controlling each repetition!
During the entire workout you will be timed for 40 seconds of work and 20 recovery between each.
For the pectorals, I use a pair of 14kg dumbbells and for the arms a pair of 8kg. You will need to sit on a support so opt for a flat and firm surface!
