A pull workout focusing on the back muscles and abs at the end of the session. Ready to get started?

This pullover session aims to strengthen 4 main muscles: 

- lats

- lower back

- rear delts

- biceps

And of course abs at the end of the session.

All while using only dumbbells and your strength, at a different speed, isometry and pulling movements and thus obtain a great back!

You will be timed for 30 seconds of effort then you will have 30 seconds of rest for the previous specific part of this workout, then 25 seconds of effort then 20 seconds of rest for the bicep blitz !!

For abs it will be 30 seconds of exercises for 20 seconds of break.

So you need for this workout a pair of dumbbells, a mat and a support (example chair or table).

The dumbbells I use weigh 20kg each for the rowing and 10kg each for the rear delts and biceps! You will also need a chair or bench if you prefer to row
