Push for Gains, No Pains! (w abs)

Complete push workout to challenge your chests, arms and shoulders!

You will be timed for 30 seconds of work then 30 seconds of rest for each exercise.

For this workout, you will need a pair of dumbbells and a mat! The dumbbells I use weigh 20 kg each and 12 kg each.

The goal will be to repeat each set or superset twice.

The last tricep push-ups should be extremely intense and so hard at this point that you will have a hard time completing them even on your knees!
