Activated muscles

An upper-body workout packed with sequences for arms and abs of steel
During the whole workout you will have to perform an exercise for the triceps followed by a biceps exercise with dumbbells and bodyweight!
Each superset is to be repeated 3 times.
You will have to hold on for 30 seconds per exercise and then you will only have 10 seconds of recovery between each one, so believe me, the pace will be intense! Once a superset is over, you will be allowed a short 30-second break to move on to the next.
And for the sit-ups it will be 30 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of cool down between each.
Each triset has to be repeated 3 times! I will be using a 10kg pair of dumbbells for all the exercises.
On some exercises, you will work unilaterally, such as concentrated curls.
