Ready for a strengthening session by combining volume and cardio? Let’s go!
Here you will have to hold for 30 seconds per exercise and take 30 seconds of recovery between each triset!
Each triset is to be repeated 3 times. However, you will have 10 seconds between each exercise to have time to prepare!
Finally, you will have a finisher for the calves where you will have to hold 30 seconds per exercise.
The equipment needed for this session will be 2 pairs of different dumbbells: 20kg for rowing & chin draws 10kg for the rest As well as a support for all unilateral pulling movements.
