Intense push workout for top abs, chests and arms

Here you will find a very intense workout which will solicit your chest, shoulders and arms!

For this you will need two different pairs of dumbbells. For my part, it’ll be a pair of 8 kg for the heaviest and a pair of 4 kg.

You will also need to equip yourself with a support and an abs mat.

For each circuit you’ll do 3 exercises for each 30 seconds and then you will take 30 seconds of rest between each circuit. You’ll have 10 secondes between each of them.

Each triset has to be repeated twice!
