Trisets workout for top shoulders and abs of steel
In this session you will do trisets by performing compound motions and isolation using dumbbells and your bodyweight, this will help you increase your strength, endurance and stabilize your upper body!
You will use 2 pairs of dumbbells, for information the dumbbells I’m using weight 2x10kg & 2x4kg each.
You will be timed for 30 seconds by doing 2 exercises and for the 3rd it will be pike pushups using your body weight!
You will have 30 seconds between each supersets and you'll have to repeat each trisets twice!
