Superb bisets for your chest and abs

And here is a workout focused on strengthening, but you will also be extremely straining on your cardio due to the biset sequences! 

The goal will be to repeat each biset 3 times You will be timed for 40 seconds per exercise with 10 second intervals between each, and you will have 40 seconds of recovery between each biset.

For the abs it will be 30 seconds per exercise without a break. Repeat each biset 3x

For this workout, you will need a pair of dumbbells and a mat! The dumbbells I use weigh 20 kg each and 12 kg each.

The finisher should be extremely intense and the incline push-ups should be so hard to do at this point! It exhausted me!
