Activated muscles

I suggest you a strengthening session on the whole body with dumbbells and at bodyweight.
Your abs and your core will be constantly used throughout the training
You will need 3 pairs of dumbbells to optimize each exercise as much as possible, for information the weights I use are:
20kg
16kg
10kg
A support and then a mat
You will be timed for 40 seconds for each exercise and 20 seconds to cool down.
Repeat 2 sets for each circuit.
You will do the abs for 30 seconds each exercise!
