In this training you will have trisets for chests and supersets for arms.
Get ready because everything will follow! :)
Each triset and superset is to be repeated 2 times in a row.
For chest you'll be timed for 40 seconds of exercise and 20 seconds of recovery and for arms 30 seconds of effort for 15 seconds of recovery.
And finally for abs you'll have 30 seconds per exercise for 10 seconds of recovery between each.
For chest I use a pair of 20 kg dumbbells and for arms a 10 kg pair
You will also need a support and a mat!
