EMOM HIIT with Variation for Beginners : discover the magic of HIIT, step by step

EMOM training is a high intensity interval training session that uses both cardio training and resistance training. It emphasizes muscle endurance and power.

EMOM consists of performing a certain number of repetitions in a period not exceeding 1 minute, then taking the remaining rest until the end of that same minute.
This HIIT format, in addition to being very effective, allows you to vary your workouts and can even be quite fun.

Try to finish as quickly as possible to rest before starting again!
On the other hand, if you do not manage to finish your 30 repetitions before the end of the minute, do not hesitate to go to 8 repetitions per exercise or then perform the proposed variant! :)

All you need for this cardio is a mat, a bottle of water!
