4 compound exercises for an isolation exercise which are the abs and can be done at a slightly faster pace if you prefer!
The goal of each repetition is to be performed in a strict, fluid manner with a constant emphasis on form.
Don't forget to go at your own pace!
All you need is a handy water bottle and your mat!

3-SIT UPS
4-DOUBLE ROTATION THROUGH SQUAT
5- SKATE
