Activated muscles

Sculpt your chest with this giantsets isolation workout using dumbbells and bodyweight
If you like volume chest workouts and only have 20 minutes left, then you have come to the right place :)
The objective of this workout is to do 4 exercises in a row of 25 seconds each and then you will have a minute's break.
You will have 10sec intervals between each exercise to switch from one to the other.
In each Giantset you will have different push-ups so you will switch between press and spread movements with dumbbells and body weight.
Each Giantset has to be repeated twice!
