Develop a huge back with this workout combining back isolation, rear delts and core

Let's go for 20 minutes of BACK WORKOUT with dumbbells using compound and simple exercises to target the back as well as the rear delts and core!

Each exercise is to be done for 30 consecutive seconds, taking 20 seconds of recovery at the end of each.

Weights used:
30kg deadlift and narrow grip row
14kg renegade row
20kg bent over row
A stick so if you don't have one, then use a broom sleeve :)
A low support

Each movement will be repeated 3 times (on each side)!
