Strengthen your quadriceps with this isolation workout

Are you looking for exercises to isolate your quadriceps, but you don't know which ones to do? Well, this workout is designed for you!
Your hamstrings and your glutes will also be used during this session, but that's not the main objective.

We are going to start with the split squat. For this exercise, contract your abs, thighs and glutes well so as not to unbalance! Do the same for the slits.

For tight squats I advise you to put a weight under your heels to improve your posture. You absolutely have to keep your back straight while performing it.

You will be timed for 30 seconds of work, then 15 seconds of rest all the way except for the finisher who will be 1' per movement without recovery.

For you to know, the 2 pairs of dumbbells I use are:
20kg for squat movements
12kg for lunges movements

Each exercise is to be repeated 3 times.
