Upper body workout: are you keen to sculpt your back and correct your asymmetries?

Most people naturally have one side of their body stronger than the other. And this imbalance can cause us problems.
This training will help you rebalance these potential asymmetries.

Each movement must be worked for 40 seconds and the break will be equal to half the exercise time, therefore 20 seconds. Each series is unique

For the material used in this session you will need: 
30 kg for the deadlift
20 kg for rowing movements
12 kg for wide grip prints
A support for the inclined presses and a mat
