Take up the challenge of 350 repetitions for stronger glutes and hamstrings

Are you ready for a volume strengthening session that will leave you with memories? :)
This workout is for you if you only have 20 minutes to train and want to work your glutes and hamstrings at an intense pace!

We are going to work them on 10 sets of exercise and the goal for each one is to do 35 reps at your pace! You don't have to follow the same pace as me on video, go at your own pace.

We will alternate glute and hamstring exercises. We will also have compound exercises that will work both muscle groups at the same time.

Do not hesitate to reduce the weight during your series if it seems too hard for you

We will work with dumbbells and then bodyweight:
For this you need 2 different weights:
- 20kg for squats, romanian deadlift, and hip thrusts
- 14kg for other movements such as split squats, lunges, ups and downs, etc.

You also need support for hip thrusts and uphills.
