Upper body high volume workout: strengthen your shoulders with this 6x5 training circuit
If you like intense volume workouts, this one's for you!
Here you will have to chain 5 circuits in a row each comprising 6 exercises.
Each is to be done for 30 seconds, and you will have 10 seconds between each to prepare yourself
Do not hesitate to reduce the load during the effort if an exercise seems too difficult for you to hold for 30 seconds.
