Sweat it out with HIIT superset: the ultimate challenge for the bravest
This HIIT session will be divided into 9 supersets, each repeated twice in a row.
The objective of this training is to do 3 supersets in a row and then you will have to do the maximum of gluteal heels for 30 seconds.
The timer will be active for 30 seconds, and the recovery will be equal to half the effort time, therefore 15 seconds.
No equipment needed except your mat.
