Killer HIIT full body advanced level: sweat and become the master of your body
Hi!
In this video, I will show you a HIIT workout without equipment. If you watch this video, you can do 20 minutes of non-stop cardio! You will be timed for 30 seconds and then 15 seconds.
It is not a training of cadence but of time. If you feel tired or lose your balance during the balance exercises, it's okay, start the workout again as if nothing had happened. You need a mat and a bottle of water for this. Make sure to tighten your shoelaces because it will shake!
This circuit is to be repeated twice:
