Activated muscles
Intermediate level: HIIT with active recuperation for a sustained challenge
During this intermediate HIIT cardio you will have to work for 30 seconds for 15 seconds of rest, during the active recovery you will have to do high heels if you have the energy of course :)
We will alternate standing exercises and floor exercises
This circuit is to be repeated twice
