It emphasizes muscle endurance and power. You will need a mat, a water bottle, and a full body warm-up before you complete this challenge.
Your goal is to complete a series of exercises in one minute.
All you need is a full body warm up before you start!
EMOM is a game where you have to perform a number of exercises in one minute.
Try to finish as quickly as possible to rest before starting again!
This is a challenging yet fun workout that will keep you motivated and focused on your goals.
The last exercise can be reduced or increased depending on how you feel.
You can also reduce the first exercise to fewer reps if you prefer.
