Here’s an 14-minute circuit training workout that will help you strengthen your entire body in no time! Perfect for the moms and moms-to-be. This workout is suitable for all three trimesters of pregnancy. We recommend opting for the modifications based on your level, stage of pregnancy, and how you feel. Remember, listening to your body is crucial during these 9 months. 

**Equipment needed**: A pair of dumbbells ranging from 2kg to 5kg 
Warm-up included.
