This routine is suitable for all three trimesters of pregnancy. We recommend modifying the exercises based on your level, trimester, and how you feel. Remember, listening to your body is crucial during these 9 months.

Equipment needed: A pair of dumbbells ranging from 2 kg - Warm-up included.
