This workout is suitable for all three trimesters of pregnancy. Make sure to adjust the exercises according to your level, trimester, and how you feel. Don't forget, listening to your body is essential during these 9 months.
Equipment needed: A pair of dumbbells between 2 kg - Warm-up included.
