Get ready for a crazy cardio workout that will have you working from head to toe
If you are in a rush and are looking for a cardio-style home workout that will get your heart racing and sweating in no time, then do this workout!
Anyone at all ability levels can do this training. Novices, intermediates and advanced!
There are three parts to this session:
- Lower body
- Upper body
- Core (abs)
Each part is sequenced with only 30 seconds of rest in between.
The goal is to complete one round if you do this at beginner level, 2 rounds if you try intermediate level, and 3 rounds in total if you do this at advanced level.
Lower body :
- Prisoner walk ups
- Skater
- Sprinter jump
- Squat toes touch
Upper body :
- Push up toe tap
- Hover hops
- Step through pushups
- Commando plank
Core :
- Crab toe touch
- V-sit pulses
- Lateral mountain climber
- Crunch & cross leg raises
