Take the challenge, dominate the burpees with this 9 supersets HIIT workout
This HIIT session will be divided into 9 supersets each repeated 2 times in a row.
The purpose of this workout is to do 3 supersets in a row and then you will have to do the maximum burpee for 30 seconds.
The timer will be active for 30 seconds, and the recovery will be equal to half of the effort time, therefore 15 seconds.
The goal of the finisher will be to do the maximum burpee too but for 1 minute in a row!
No equipment needed other than your mat.
