Ready to go wild with this workout for your shoulders, arms and abs in supersets and trisets?

This training will target both your shoulders and your arms.
For the shoulders, you will have to work on 35 seconds for each biset exercise, and 30 seconds for the recovery.
For the arms, it will take 30 seconds and you will have 20 seconds of recovery between each superset.
And for the abs you will exercise for 30 seconds by exercises all in a row.

Biset is a term that refers to two sets of exercises performed in the same muscle group.
Superset is a term that refers to two sets of exercises performed in a different muscle group.

As a guide, I use three pairs of dumbbells to optimize each exercise as much as possible:
1 pair of 20kg for the developed.
1 pair of 14kg mainly for the arms.
1 pair of 10kg for isolation exercises
1 support
1 carpet

The key to getting the best results is to master the eccentric phase.
Give the maximum of your abilities and stop when you feel tired! And to end the session in style we are going to do a finisher :)
The goal of this one will be to do 6 exercises, 2 for the shoulders, 2 for the triceps and then 2 for the biceps.
