Ready for a chest and abs workout using dumbbells and bodyweight?
This training will be based on several triset
For each triset, the 1st exercise will be performed with dumbbells, the second with bodyweight and for the 3rd you will have to do Commando plank for pecs and abs!
30 seconds per exercise and take 30 seconds of recovery between each triset!
Each triset has to be repeated twice.
Be careful to follow the exercise following to the timer because everything is going fast!
You need 2 pair of dumbbells, for my part I use:
1 pair of 14kg and a pair of 20kg as well as 1 support and then 1 mat.
