Activated muscles
Upper body workout: if you want 3D shoulders, this is the session for you ;)
For best results, perform each movement taking 30 seconds between each movement and controlling the eccentric phase well.
For shoulders you will have 15 seconds of recovery between each exercise and for abs 10 seconds.
Give the maximum of your abilities and stop when you feel tired!
For indication, I use 2 pairs of dumbbells: 16kg for presses and obliques 8kg for everything else
