Activated muscles

Get your legs fired up with this intense lower body triset workout
Here you will find a very intense 40 minutes workout for the lower body combining strength and cardio, and all this through trisets!
Your glutes, hamstrings and quads will be on fire!
All exercises last 30 seconds with 10 second intervals between each.
You will have 40 seconds of recovery between each triset.
Each of them should either be repeated once or twice.
You will have to equip yourself with a pair of dumbbells which for me weighs 16 kg but also a support.
As exercises that will be solicited unilaterally there will be split squats, lunges, hip thrusts and calves!
