An effective pull workout for abs
And here is a new workout composed of biset!
The objective of this one will be to work 2 exercises at the same time of the same muscle before taking a period of break.
We will start by working abs in order to prepare your abdominal strap well before attacking the leaning movements of the deadlift and rowing type.
For each exercise, you will be timed for 30 seconds and between each biset you will have 30 seconds of recovery.
You will also have 10 seconds between each exercise to prepare for the next.
You will have to repeat each biset 3 times!
Don't forget to bring pull straps if your forearms are on fire!
