SUPERSET PLANK Harmonious Back & Core

Harmonise your back and core with this superset workout

Do you want to have a harmonious back? Well, this workout will help you build your back muscles in its entirety, but it will also work your abs!

Between each superset you will have to do 30 seconds of cladding as an active recovery, this will increase the strength in the center of your body and solidify your abdominal belt!
Thanks to this, you will be more resistant during your back and thigh training and you will feel less pain in your lower back :)

You will work on 40 seconds per exercise taking 10 seconds between each to prepare for the next exercise.

For the last exercise it will be overhead lat pull down with a stick. This exercise will also strengthen your core thanks to the contraction of your abs and buttocks during the exercise.

The 2 pairs of dumbbells that I will use each weigh:
- 20kg for rows and pullovers
- 12kg for renegade row & wide grip draw

Each superset must be repeated twice!
