Tired of running or cycling to work on your cardio?
Here is a HIIT session that will be divided into 6 pairs of 2 movements each repeated 2 times in a row.
Once the 2 pairs are finished, you will have to do the maximum burpee for 30 seconds.
If you're having trouble keeping up, slow down every move.
The timer will be active for 30 seconds, and the recovery will be equal to half the effort time, therefore 15 seconds.
For the finisher you will have to do the maximum burpee too, but over 1 minute in a row!
No equipment needed except your mat.
