A recovery of the hamstrings and the glutes will be necessary to work hard today! While working with dumbbells and bodyweight, we'll apply resistance in many ways through dynamics, isometrics, and partial angles!
You will also need a chair or other type of support
The workout will be separated into several trisets!
I use a heavy 20kg pair for the sumo squat and Sumo stance rdl, straight legs and a lighter 16kg pair for the other exercises.
You have to hold on 45sec per exercise and you will have 15 seconds of recovery between each one.
Repeat each set once!
