Instructions for cable extension
- 1. Place a rope on a pulley machine in a way that you can go down.
- 2. In standing, take the rope with the palms facing each other, then position it at your chest.
- 3. Lower your forearms by bending your elbows down on the same axis.
- 4. Bend your elbows and return to the starting position.
- 5. Continue your series by repeating the movement.
Cable extension : several techniques, tips and advice
- 1. You can lean the bust slightly forward for more sensations. However, do not bend your back.
- 2. Keep your elbows as close to your body as possible.
- 3. Be stable and without moving during the exercise.
